Electronic Download (E-Only): You will download a file directly to your computer for installation. PDF versions of the manuals installed with the product. No physical disk or printed material will be sent to you.

Physical Delivery: A DVD with the software you ordered along with any applicable printed manuals (note: some upgrades do not include new manuals) will be shipped to the address you provide.

Your Special-use Licence products will ship as soon as we receive a signed RCR pre-ship agreement (PDF)

Electronic Download (no Physical Materials) Important: Electronic Download (e-only) purchases will not include any physical materials such as DVD's or manuals. PDF versions of manuals are installed with the product and can also be found on the Xenon Product Page in the Learn More area.
